The Execution — Shooting the Podcast
In collaboration with the PMI Communication Team, the video is designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, steering clear of the feel of a formal corporate meeting. It should instead evoke the sense of two leaders exchanging ideas and insights over a tea session.

The day before the shoot, we visited the location to scout for potential options that align with PMI's visual requirements. Framing options were then presented to the team to determine what suits them best.
We transformed a chosen hotel common area into a visually captivating set using professional lighting, a 3-camera setup, and clear audio capture.

The podcast quickly gained traction on LinkedIn, reaching almost 2x the engagement rate compared to traditional company updates.
