Terms & Conditions:

1. This promotion ("2025 Q4 Limited Time Promotion") is valid for projects confirmed and signed between 1 October 2025 and 31 October 2025.

2. Projects with a total contract value of RM10,000 and above are entitled to a 10% rebate. Projects valued below RM10,000 are not eligible for any rebate.

3. To qualify, projects must be accompanied by a signed quotation and deposit payment made within the promotional period.

4. The rebate is applicable only to the final agreed project value as stated in the signed quotation/invoice. Any additional services, add-ons, or scope changes requested after signing will be charged at the standard rate and may not be eligible for rebates.

5. The rebate is not exchangeable for cash, transferable, or applicable to outstanding invoices from previous projects.

6. To qualify for the rebate, the client must adhere to Resov Film’s standard payment terms (50% deposit and 50% balance upon project completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing). Late or partial payments may void rebate eligibility.

7. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, offers, or packages provided by Resov Film.

8. In the event of project cancellation by the client, the rebate will no longer be applicable. Standard cancellation policies will apply.

9. Resov Film reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or disqualify any rebate at its sole discretion should the project or circumstances not meet the intended criteria. All decisions by Resov Film regarding rebate eligibility are final and binding.
